Please check these before sending
Your immigration status does not affect your right to benefits, and it is not something we report or ask about. California law covers you the same either way.
What you write here is confidential. Sending it does not create an attorney–client relationship, and it does not obligate you to hire anyone.
We got it.
Someone from our office will call you within one business day, at the number you gave us, in the language you picked.
If you need to talk to someone sooner than that — a deadline, a check that stopped, treatment that was denied — call us now rather than waiting:

While you wait, two things worth doing today
1. Report it in writing, if you haven't. A text or an email to your supervisor, dated, saying what happened and that you were hurt at work. It takes two minutes and it is the single strongest piece of evidence in a disputed claim.
2. Write down what happened while you remember it. The date, the time, what you were doing, who was nearby, what you felt. Memory gets worse and the record gets built from this.
