Walk-throughs work differently here

This is the one procedural difference in the Southern California system, and it is worth knowing.

At Goleta you may walk a matter directly to the presiding judge, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Every other office uses the standard 8:00–11:00 a.m. and 1:00–4:00 p.m. window.

And if the presiding judge is unavailable, walk through in Oxnard instead. Oxnard office.

Parking: free, in a lot in front of the building.

Food: Hollister Avenue and Storke Road.

Remote by video: status conferences, mandatory settlement conferences, priority conferences, rating MSCs, and lien conferences.

In person: trials, lien trials, expedited hearings, and walk-throughs.
